Packaging & Delivery

Orders leave our facility within 24 hours on business days. Parcels go out in plain outer packaging, with cold-chain insulation added for temperature-sensitive material. Every shipment carries a tracking number.

Domestic delivery is typically 2–4 business days; international 6–12 business days depending on destination. Lost, seized or damaged parcels are reshipped or credited per the terms. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no extra charge.
